[Legal fixing of the principle of publicity in the legislation on municipal service]

Abstract

In article legal fixing with subjects of the Russian Federation of the principle of publicity of municipal service is considered. It is shown that realization of the principle of publicity requires improvement of legislative base and revision of system of the state secret, regular monitoring of violations of the rights of citizens for access to information, strengthenings of control of performance of laws on publicity of work of local governments.
