[Legal fixing of the principle of extra party membership of municipal service]

Abstract

In article legal fixing of the principle of extra party membership of municipal service is considered. It is shown that the citizen arriving on municipal service, voluntary agrees with separate restrictions of his constitutional rights and freedoms, the including ban on participation in independent political activity municipal serving.
