Implementarea Programului Operaţional Regional în condiţiile actuale de instabilitate economică

Abstract

La doi ani după aderarea la Uniunea Europeană, alocările financiare post-aderare pe care contează cele opt regiuni de dezvoltare din România, şi care au în vederea reducerea disparităţilor economice şi sociale la nivel teritorial, se dovedesc dificil de accesat. Principalele dificultăţi identificate în procesul de absorbţie la nivel regional sunt: lipsa resurselor financiare necesare cofinanţării unor proiecte importante de dezvoltare regională aprobate şi deficitul de know-how în întocmirea aplicaţiilor (proiectelor) pentru obţinerea fondurilor europene. Acest articol îşi propune să prezinte, în mod sintetic, principalele dificultăţi întâmpinate în procesul de implementare a Programului Operaţional Regional, în perioada 2007-2009.
