Abstract

Резюме: В научното изследване са представени някои принципни положения относно предмета на осигурителноправния спор в държавното обществено осигуряване. Разгледани са някои от юридическите факти на осигурителното право, по повод на които възникват и се развиват осигурителноправни спорове. Специално внимание е обърнато на споровете във връзка с медицинската експертиза, като се обосновава тезата, че по правната си същност това са осигурителноправни спорове.
