Резюме: Предмет на научен анализ е член 9а от Кодекса за социално осигуряване, който има заглавие „Зачитане на осигурителен стаж със заплащане на осигурителни вноски от лицата”. Това е т. нар. „откупуване” на осигурителен стаж за придобиване на право на пенсия за осигурителен стаж и възраст.
