Abstract

Резюме: Предмет на научното изследване е прекратяването на пенсията поради смъртта на пенсионера. Теоретичните и практическите аспекти на това основание за прекратяване на пенсията са разгледани съгласно действащата правна уредба в България. Съответната национална съдебна практика също е предмет на анализ. Направени са и предложения de lege ferenda относно бъдещи законодателни промени.
