Abstract

Резюме: Предмет на научното изследване е правната уредба на имуществото на читалищата в Закона за народните читалища, приет през есента на 1996 година. Въз основа на критичния научен анализ са направени съответните изводи относно бъдещото практическо прилагане на законовите разпоредби.
