[Structure of contracts and governance of Bulgarian farms]

Abstract

The paper presents the results of a large-scale study on the structure, factors, and evolution of contractual relations of Bulgarian farms, including the management of the supply of natural, material, biological, financial, and human resources, short-term assets, services, innovations, risk management, marketing of farm production and services, and the provision of agro-ecosystem services. The study is based on a representative survey of managers of typical farms of different types and locations.
