Abstract

Резюме: Предмет на научен анализ са въпросите относно правното понятие и същността на осигурителното правоотношение между осигурителния орган и безработното лице като особен вид осигурително правоотношение. Анализират се неговите съществени правни характеристики – предмет, съдържание, страни и обект. Анализират се и фактите, от които възниква това осигурително правоотношение. Поддържа се тезата, че това представлява отделен вид осигурително правоотношение и се определя мястото му в системата на осигурителните правоотношения.
