Abstract

With reference to a popular quotation from Winston Churchill - "Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts" (Langworth, 6th May, 2019). Career development is an important part of every individual’s endeavour(s), which can be pursued through formal or informal means; it is considered the most important element needed to assist mankind forge ahead with planned objectives.
