Abstract

Резюме: Настоящото научно изследване разглежда проблематиката относно двояката правна същност на актовете на органите на медицинската експертиза, както и тяхното оспорване пред съда. Изследва се в историческа ретроспекция въвеждането и последващото развитие на съдебния контрол върху актовете на органите на медицинската експертиза. Статията изследва правните характеристики на споровете във връзка с медицинската експертиза и обосновава становището, че по същество си те са осигурителноправни спорове. Изследването също така представя анализ на голямата съдебна практика на Върховния административен съд по тези въпроси.
