Abstract

This discussion paper aims to study the difference between a full market capitalization method and a free-float market capitalization method and calculate the correction of the market capitalization on the Jakarta Stock Exchange if the latter method is applied. We also propose selection criteria to define the freely available shares to trade on the market.
