Abstract

Резюме: Предмет на научното изследване са някои аспекти на уредената несъвместимост по чл. 68, ал 2 от Конституцията на Република България от 1991 г., съгласно която конституционна разпоредба, народният представител не може да бъде едновременно и министър. След доктриналния анализ са направени съответни предложения de lege ferenda за изменение на Конституцията и на изборното законодателство.
