Abstract

Резюме: Предмет на научното изследване е правното положение на осигурителния посредник като субект на осигурителното право. Посочени са неговите правни белези, като е отграничен от страните на осигурителните правоотношения. Разгледана е ролята на различните осигурителни посредници за провеждането на държавното обществено осигуряване (осигурителна каса, Националната агенция за приходите, пощенска станция, банка, изпълнител на дейността по профилактика и рехабилитация) и на допълнителното социално осигуряване (банка-попечител, инвестиционен посредник, инвестиционен консултант, осигурителен посредник).
