El empleo y el desempleo en el Perú

Abstract

El análisis de la situación ocupacional en el Peru aun a nivel general, tropieza inevitablemente con el problema de disponibili- dad de información sistemática sobre población. Las estadisticas corrientes asl como los trabajos, demograficos mayormente, que se han realizado en la materia, se basan necesaria mente en los Censos Nacionales de 1940 y 1961, cuyos resultados han sido publicados. Eu 1972 se realizó otro Censo Nacional, pero aun no se cono cen los resultados completos. Hay pues una falta de continuidad y un apreciable retardo en la divulgación de los resultados censales.
