Análisis del programa presupuestal e incidencia de beneficiarios: Sector Salud

Abstract

Analiza el sector salud en términos de análisis de programación presupuestaria (APP) así como análisis de incidencia de beneficiarios (AIB). El documento analiza primero cómo ha sido distribuido el presupuesto entre sus diferentes funciones y programas durante el período 2006-2009. En segundo lugar, analiza el subsidia estatal a las atenciones de la salud y cómo este permite reducir la carga familiar para afrontar los problemas de salud.
