Abstract

Studi Kelayakan Bisnis dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui apakah ide bisnis tersebut dapat dilaksanakan. Jika ide bisnis ditemukan layak, rencana bisnis dapat disusun untuk mendapatkan laba secara maksimal. Namun sering ditemui banyak para pengusaha pemula yang sebelumnya tidak melakukan analisis saat memulai bisnisnya. Hal ini mengakibatkan bisnis yang dijalankan menemui berbagai kendala hingga akhirnya berujung pada kebangkrutan. Menjawab fenomena di atas, maka buku ini hadir untuk membantu para pembacanya yang ingin memahami konsep dasar studi kelayakan bisnis secara teoritis dan menganalisanya dengan perspektif yang mudah dipahami. Adapun isi pembahasan dalam buku ini terdiri dari 11 bab yang saling terhubung, yaitu: Pengantar Studi Kelayakan Bisnis; Analisis Pasar; Analisis Produk dan Pelayanan; Analisis Keuangan; Analisis Hukum dan Regulasi; Analisis Lingkungan; Analisis Risiko dan Keamanan; Analisis Ekonomi; Analisis SWOT; Penyusunan Rencana Bisnis; dan Etika dalam Studi Kelayakan Bisnis.
