Abstract

Salah satu aspek yang dinilai berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga medis Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) Rumah Sakit Mayjen HM. Ryacudu Kabupaten Lampung Utara adalah budaya kerja dan kompensasi yang baik.Masalah yang terindentifikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah; penerapan budaya kerja belum sepenuhnya baik, kompensasi belum baik dan kinerja tenaga medis belum baik. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sejauhmana pengaruh budaya kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja tenaga medis Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) Rumah Sakit Mayjen HM. Ryacudu Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dan studi kasus dengan metode analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara budaya kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) Rumah Sakit Mayjen HM. Ryacudu Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Hasil hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis simultan antara budaya kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) Rumah Sakit Mayjen HM. Ryacudu Kabupaten Lampung Utara menunjukkan bahwa P (Sig) = 0,000 < α = 0,05. Hasil Perhitungan Regresi linier ganda antara budaya kerja dan kompensasisecara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) Rumah Sakit Mayjen HM. Ryacudu Kabupaten Lampung Utara diperoleh Y = 12,108 + 1,617X1 + 1,129X2.
