Abstract

Buku ini disajikan dengan pendekatan bahwa dalam proses belajar mengajar siswa sebagai aktor utama. Bagaimana peran guru? Guru berperan sebagai fasilitator yang akan memenuhi kebutuhan para siswa selama belajar di sekolah. Materi yang disajikan dalam buku ini disusun sesuai tuntutan Standar Kompetensi dan Kompetensi Dasar dalam kurikulum. Materi dalam buku ini disertai dengan fakta-fakta serta gambar-gambar ekonomi yang ada di sekitar siswa sehingga siswa mampu menganalisis dan membuat kesimpulan. Mengapa demikian? Dengan mempelajari buku ini, diharapkan para siswa mampu mengapresiasikan ilmu ekonomi secara teori maupun praktik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
