Abstract

Etika organisasi dapat diartikan sebagai tatanan moral yang digunakan oleh setiap elemen organisasi untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan organisasi. Secara umum timbul pertanyaan faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi etika organisasi. Salah satu kriteria mengetahui profesionalitas pimpinan perguruan tinggi adalah dengan mengukur baik atau tidaknya etika organisasi dalam implementasi manajemen. Secara umum etika organisasi dapat berhubungan dengan berbagai faktor baik yang bersifat individual maupun yang bersifat kolektif. Dalam buku ini akan dibahas lebih mendalam mengenai etika organisasi dan kepemimpinan kharismatik.
