Abstract

Puji Syukur kami panjatkan atas kehadirat Allah SWT, dan berkat limpahan rahmat dan hidayah-Nya buku dengan judul ANALISIS MANAJEMEN STRATEGIS ini dapat kami selesaikan. Buku ini secara komprehensif disusun untuk memberikan pengetahuan yang mendalam kepada mahasiswa, akademisi dan praktisi dalam memahami pentingnya analisis manajemen strategis dalam konteks bisnis dan organisasi. Buku ini membahas tentang pengantar manajemen strategis, memberikan landasan dasar dan pemahaman tentang perencanaan strategis. Bagaimana organisasi mampu menghadapi tantangan dan menggali SDM dalam pencapaian strategi. Bagaimana inovasi dan stratgi bisnis mendorong pertumbuhan dan mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan pasar. Selain itu, buku ini membahas isu-isu etika yang relevan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Bagaimana cara strategis dalam mengurai analisis perencanaan dalam suatu organisasi atau Perusahaan. Jenis-jenis keputusan yang harus di ambil oleh seorang manajer. Pengembangan SDM dalam pencapaian strategi, di yakini bahwa implementasi merupakan faktor kunci keberhasilan strategi. Bagaimana organisasi dapat menghadapi tantangan dan perubahan global yang cepat. Buku ini mengurai keseluruhan proses analisis dan perencanaan strategi dalam suatu organisasi atau Perusahaan. Semoga buku ini memberikan banyak manfaat untuk mahasiswa, akademisi, praktisi, dan menjadi ladang pahala para penulisnya.
