Abstract

Dalam implementasi kesehariannya, manajemen bisnis startup menjalankan beberapa fungsi manajemen seperti manajemen pemasaran, manajemen operasional, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan manajemen keuangan. Banyak kasus yang sering kita dengar bahwa beberapa usaha startup memiliki usaha hidup yang singkat karena kesalahan manajerial dalam aspek pengelolaan manajemen kinerjanya. Menjawab fenomena di atas, maka buku ini hadir untuk membantu para pembacanya yang ingin memahami konsep bisnis startup dalam perspektif dasar kinerja secara teoritis dan analisa yang mudah dipahami.
