Desarrollo económico de Corea del Sur: (1953-1997)

Abstract

En este trabajo, se hace un recuento histórico, década a década, de los principales hitos y políticas que le permitieron a Corea del sur, alcanzar el desarrollo económico, hacia finales del siglo XX. En la segunda mitad de este siglo (1953-1997) ¿Cómo logro esto? Veremos, que, en las etapas iniciales de este proceso, el Estado coreano, jugo un papel preponderante, a través de políticas económicas pragmáticas, en función de las circunstancias y coyuntura económica. Todo ello, llevo a la conformación de una estructura económica altamente diversificada. El Estado siempre tuvo en mente un objetivo: maximizar el crecimiento económico.
