Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang deliberasi pengetahuan dan implikasinya pada proses pembentukan kebijakan berbasis data/sains. Dengan adanya gelombang keterbukaan sains dan data, maka diskursus evidence based policy tidak lagi mewajibkan kehadiran saintis pada pembentukan kebijakan. Melainkan yang lebih penting adalah apa dasar ilmiah dari sebuah pembentukan kebijakan. Termasuk bagaimana sains dan data dimanfaatkan oleh publik non pakar untuk memberikan masukan ilmiah kepada pembuat kebijakan.
