Invesment Analysis Of Semanggi Mangrove Tourism Housing in Surabaya

Abstract

The current construction of housing “Semanggi Mangrove Tour” in East Surabaya began to grow . This study aims to determine the feasibility of the Semanggi Mangrove Tourism Housing development project in terms of financial terms with investment feasibility criteria, namely NPV, IRR, and PI and then tested the sensitivity level to determine the feasibility of the development project. From a financial point of view, the expected return on investment with the age of 5 years can be fulfilled byThe financial aspect of NPV is Rp.4,218,274,740 > 0, BCR is 2,358 > 1, and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 62% > 10% MARR. As a result, clover tourism housing is financially feasible to invest.
