Abstract

Suatu bentuk bisnis usaha yang disebutkan oleh Allah SWT didalam Al-Qur’an adalah berdagang/jual beli dan tata cara pelaksanaannya. Untuk menjaga kesejahteraan antara penjual dan pembeli yang melakukan jual beli, didalam ajaran Islam dibolehkan kedua belah pihak untuk melakukan tawar-menawar asalkan terjadi suka sama suka dan tidak ada dampak penipuan seperti yang sering terjadi di banyak pasar dimancanegara bahkan di belahan dunia lain yang dimana akan menimbulkan dampak merugikan bagi sebelah pihak yaitu si pembeli dan menimbulkan dosa bagi pihak penipu
