Abstract

PT. Santos Jaya Abadi atau Kapal Api Global adalah bisnis yang bergerak pada bidang minuman kopi. Banyak konsumen yang menyukai kopi dan kapal api adalah salah satu brand yang diminati karena memiliki cita rasa kopi yang sesuai dengan selera banyak konsumen. Selain itu, Kapal Api Global memiliki beberapa penghargaan serta visi misi yang selaras dengan bisnis yang dijalankan sehingga menarik untuk menganalisis bisnis yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan tersebut
