Abstract

Pameran adalah suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk menunjukkan atau memamerkan sesuatu kepada khalayak luas. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa expo atau pameran bisnis merupakan suatu kegiatan memamerkan produk atau pun jasa yang dimiliki oleh suatu bisnis kepada masyarakat atau calon konsumen. Pameran biasanya digunakan untuk memberikan informasi secara kompleks, visual dan jelas kepada masyarakat. Pameran bisnis juga memiliki banyak sekali manfaat bagi pelaku wirausaha beberapa di antaranya adalah membantu wirausaha mengenalkan bisnisnya kepada masyarakat dan meningkatkan penjualan selama pameran berlangsung, meningkatkan image brand dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap produk maupun jasa yang ditawarkan, membantu wirausaha baru dalam mendapatkan jaringan komunikasi dan memperluas kemitraan terhadap supplier, distributor, investor, lembaga riset, maupun pelanggan. Pameran bisnis biasanya dilaksanakan dalam skala yang lumayan besar karena bisa terdiri dari banyak bisnis.
