Abstract

Model perilaku konsumen dapat didefinisikan sebagai suatu skema atau kerangka kerja yang disederhanakan untuk menggambarkan aktivitas konsumen. Model perilaku konsumen dapat pula diartikan sebagai kerangka kerja atau sesuatu yang mewakili apa yang diyakini oleh konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan untuk melakukan pembelian. Perilaku konsumen sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang ada di luar diri manusia (eksternal) dan faktor-faktor yang ada di dalam diri manusia (internal). Faktor eksternal yang utama adalah faktor kebudayaan dan sosial, sedangkan faktor internal yang utama adalah faktor pribadi dan psikologis
