Tác động của truyền miệng điện tử đến ý định chọn học Trường Đại học Sài Gòn

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá tác động của các yếu tố truyền miệng điện tử (electronic word-of-mouth- eWOM) đến ý định chọn học Trường Đại học Sài Gòn (Saigon University- SGU), thông qua việc phỏng vấn 652 sinh viên năm thứ nhất. Phương pháp kiểm định độ tin cậy của thang đo thông qua hệ số Cronbach’s alpha, phân tích nhân tố khám phá EFA, và xây dựng mô hình hồi quy tuyến tính bội. Kết quả cho thấy có 03 yếu tố tác động cùng chiều đến ý định chọn SGU của sinh viên, theo thứ tự giảm dần là: Chất lượng eWOM, Số lượng eWOM, Chuyên môn người gửi eWOM. Kết quả nghiên cứu này hy vọng sẽ giúp cho các đơn vị tuyển sinh của nhà trường có những quyết định hữu hiệu hơn.
