Abstract

Dalam era persaingan pasar yang sekarang ini segmentasi pasar dan identifikasi pasar merupakan suatu hal yang menjadi keharusan. Identifikasitarget pasar merupakan langkah awal yang dibutuhkan dalam perencanaandan pengembangan strategi pemasaran. Dalam situasi dimana konsumenmenghadapi banyak pilihan, maka kesuksesan pemasaran produk akanbanyak ditentukan oleh kesesuaian produk dengan kebutuhan konsumenpada segmen tertentu.Perusahaan tidak dapat berhubungan dengan semua pelanggannya dipasar yang besar, luas, atau beragam.
