Abstract

Manajemen koperasi merupakan kegiatan profesional yang dilakukan koperasi untuk membantu seluruh keanggotaan koperasi didalam mencapai tujuannya. Dengan menyatukan manajemen koperasi sebagai bagian dari koperasi dan sebagai representasi prinsip-prinsip penting koperasi itu sendiri, kita dapat mengembangkan manajemen dan demokrasi di dalam koperasi. Manajer koperasi adalah mereka yang diangkat dan diperhentikaengurus untuk mengembangkan koperasi secara efisien dan profesional.
