Abstract

KATA PENGANTAR Segala Puji dan syukur atas kehadirat Allah SWT dalam segala kesempatan. Sholawat beriring salam dan doa kita sampaikan kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW. Alhamdulillah atas Rahmat dan Karunia-Nya penulis telah menyelesaikan Buku Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (Teori) ini. Proses penulisan buku ini berhasil diselesaikan atas kerjasama tim penulis. Demi kualitas yang lebih baik dan kepuasan para pembaca, saran dan masukan yang membangun dari pembaca sangat kami harapkan. Penulis ucapkan terima kasih kepada semua pihak yang telah mendukung dalam penyelesaian buku ini.
