Naik Turunnya Bisnis Vaksinasi dalam Perspektif Model Bisnis

Abstract

Bisnis vaksinasi pada masa pandemic mengalami kenaikan (rise). Namun, industri kesehatan ini sangat berisiko ketika customer tidak percaya dan menyebabkan penurunan (fall). Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan penurunan (fall) dan kenaikan (rise) pada bisnis vaksinasi. Studi ini menggunakan studi kasus jamak pada bisnis vaksinasi yang bergerak di bidang kesehatan dengan analisis business model canvas, business pattern, business environment & value proposition canvas. Bisnis vaksinasi menjadi tren pertumbuhan dan sukses karena dibutuhkan oleh banyak orang. Namun, bisnis vaksinasi mengalami penurunan ketika semua orang sudah menerima vaksin yang diperlukan dan tidak ada wabah penyakit yang sedang beredar pada saat itu.
