Abstract

Didunia yang semakin maju ini banyak manusia yang telah dibutakan oleh harta,tidak pandang posisi, manusia yang buta akan harta,serakah,tamak,dan hidup yang mewah akan menghalalkan semua cara untuk mendapatkannya,tak terkecuali pejabat tinggi pemerintahan.Dengan cara penyuapan,penggelapan,penipuan,pemerasan,dan favotitisme itu dapat merugikan pihak yang membutuhkan harta tersebut demi kesejahteraan hidupnya pihak yang mengorupsi harta buat dirinya pribadi akan terkena sanksi sesuai UU. Korupsi merupakan kejahatan yang luar biasa karena terjadi di semua bidang kehidupan dan dilakukan secara sistematis, sehingga sulit untuk memberantasnya. Korupsi di Indonesia dapat dikatakan sudah merupakan endemic, sistemic, dan widespread. Korupsi bahkan sudah merampas hak-hak ekonomi, sosial dan budaya (ekosob) masyarakat banyak sehingga harus diberantas
