Abstract

Salah satu keuntungan bisnis franchising ini adalah penerima waralaba tidak perlu lagi bersusah payah mengembangkan usahanya dengan membangun citra yang baik dan terkenal. Penerima waralaba cukup menumpang pada pamor yang sudah terkenal dari pemilik waralaba (franchisor), sehingga demikian penerima waralaba (franchisee) yang umumnya adalah pengusaha kecil akan menikmati kesukseskan dan keberuntungan dari perusahaan berskala besar tanpa harus melaksanakan sendiri suatu riset dan pengembangan, pemasaran dan promosi yang biasanya memerlukan biaya yang sangat besar yang tidak mungkin dipikul oleh peng
