Abstract

Buku ini sengaja disusun sebagai referensi alternatif yang menghimpun cukup banyak artikel ilmiah terkait penelitian mengenai bisnis Islam. Kami mengumpulkan sebanyak 50 artikel ilmiah yang mengupas penelitian empiris dalam berbagai tema. Setidaknya ada 10 tema yaitu: akuntansi, keuangan, investasi, pemasaran, merek, perilaku konsumen, pariwisata, strategi, operasional, dan MSDM. Kebanyakan mahasiswa memiliki kendala dalam penulisan skripsi terkait menentukan variabel apa yang ingin ditelitinya. Mereka cenderung mengulang variabel-variabel yang “itu-itu saja” dalam skripsinya dan kurang up to date dengan riset terbaru. Selain itu, mereka juga kurang mahir dalam mengembangkan kuesioner penelitiannya. Oleh karenanya, buku ini didesain secara sederhana mengulas 3 bagian penting dari sebuah variabel. Ada bagian definisi yang menjelaskan dengan ringkas tentang konsep sebuah variabel. Kemudian diulas juga hasil temuan empiris yang dilakukan oleh peneliti. Terakhir, kami lengkapi setiap variabel dengan item-item pengukuran dalam kuesioner penelitiannya.
