Abstract

Etika pemasaran syariah tentu saja akan bersumber pada hukum Islam. Tunduk dan patuh pada hukum Islam akan melahirkan perilaku yang terpola sesuai dengan ajaran Islam, yang akan diturunkan dari generasi ke generasi, dalam bentuk nilai-nilai ataupun norma-norma. Adapun prinsip etika Islam yang dirumuskan dan diterjemahkan oleh para cendikiawan, yaitu: Unity (Kesatuan), Iman, Khilafah (Amanat/Perwalian), Balance (Keseimbangan), Keadilan, Free Will (Kebebasan Berkehendak) dan Benevolence (Kebajikan). Dalam pemasaran syariah, terdapat nilai-nilai Islam yang menjadi ciri khasnya yaitu: Dilarang menjual produk haram, dilarang mempermainkan harga, dilarang mematikan pesaing, efektif dan efisien, dilarang melakukan penipuan, dilarang mengucapkan sumpah palsu, melarang praktik riba, menjunjung toleransi, anti penyuapan, tanggung jawab sosial, berperilaku adil dan menjadi pebisnis yang takwa.
