Abstract

Desa wisata sangat strategis untuk dikembangkan sebagai alat pembangunan ekonomi desa guna meningkatkan kemakmuran. Akan tetapi, kendala umum yang terjadi di desa wisata adalah kurangnya kompetensi masyarakat sebagai pengelola desa wisata. Oleh karena itu, program-program pendampingan tahun ini difokuskan guna meningkatkan kompetensi masyarakat, khususnya dalam hal manajemen desa wisata dan kepemanduan. Adapun program kerja yang telah dilaksanakan meliputi: (1) Pelatihan desa wisata terintegrasi; (2) Pelatihan penyusunan paket wisata; (3) Pelatihan digital marketing; (4) Pelatihan manajemen keuangan; (5) Pelatihan kepemanduan desa wisata beserta program-program pendukung lainnya.
