Abstract

Kewirausahaan dan ekosistem kekayaan intelektual adalah fenomena yang sistematis dan beragam. Analisis ekosistem ini sangat penting untuk mendapatkan pemahaman tentang bagaimana keterkaitannya, terutama di tingkat negara. Investigasi kami telah mengidentifikasi kurangnya studi yang secara empiris menilai kemungkinan hubungan antara kedua ekosistem ini. Kami bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keterkaitan antara kewirausahaan dan ekosistem kekayaan intelektual. Sub-indeks aspirasi dari Global Entrepreneurship Index dan US Chamber International IP Index masing-masing digunakan sebagai proxy untuk ekosistem kewirausahaan dan kekayaan intelektual. Kami memperkirakan model data panel dan menggunakan model regresi kuantil dengan efek tetap untuk menguji hipotesis bahwa ekosistem kekayaan intelektual memengaruhi aspirasi dalam ekosistem kewirausahaan global. Studi ini menganalisis ekosistem ini dari perspektif yang berbeda, dan hasilnya berpotensi penting bagi pembuat kebijakan yang berupaya meningkatkan kewirausahaan dan kekayaan intelektual
