Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The effect of organizational commitment immediatly on the relationship between work motivation and employee performance and job satisfaction on employee performance and psychological performance, which is imoderating the relationship between employee job satisfaction and work performance. The object of this research is the national civil servant employee. They work in igovernment agencies in the field of education iDirectorate iSekolah iSekolah iHigher iJakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with a hundred and ten respondents, taking samples using the saturated sampling technique, and questionnaires as a measuring tool. The idata analysis used the iStructural iEquation iModeling i(SEM) method to test the suitability of the imodel i in this research with the help of the iSmartPLS iversion i3 application.
