Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pesan-pesan dakwah dalam tradisi je’ne?je’ne sappara di Kalumpang, Desa Bontosunggu, Kecamatan Tamalate, Kabupaten Jeneponto. Dakwah adalah proses perubahan sosial menuju masyarakat ideal sesuai dengan pesan- pesan Tuhan. Mengajak kepada hal-hal yang baik dan mencegah dari hal-hal yang tidak baik dan mungkar. Dakwah merupakan aktivitas yang sangat penting dalam Islam. Dakwah merupakan aktualisasi iman dan kewajiban serta tugas suci setiap muslim sesuai dengan kapasitas masing-masing sebagai perwujudan Islam rahmatan lil alamin, melalui penulusuran literatur yang berkaitan tentang dakwah, tulisan ini membahas tentang hakikat dan tujuan dakwah Islam.
