Abstract

Social media is one of the online media where users can easily access, share and create various kinds of posts or content. Some social media that are popular among the public include Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube. Where in it is a place to share various kinds of interesting videos. Some people take advantage of the application as a source of income. Many people are looking for income through this application by becoming influencers, YouTubers, content kreators, and so on. One of the social media that has been on the rise five years ago is Youtube, where the majority of people make money from this application. The purpose of this research is to examine the views of Islamic jurisprudence regarding the content kreator business, especially on the Youtube application and to understand the forms of collaboration or agreements between content kreators (Youtubers) and the Youtube program (YouTube Partner Program). The results of this study explain that the content kreator business is permissible as long as there are no elements that violate Islamic law. The form of cooperation in this case is included in Syirkatul Abdan. This research is library research (Library Research) by using the fiqh law istinbath method
