Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Sungai Penuh yang berjumlah 56 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah metode sensus karena jumlah karyawan hanya 56 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan data primer, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala Likert. Uji instrumen penelitian uji validitas dan realibilitas. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari uji deskripsi data, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis.
