Abstract

Manajemen yang terkandung dalam al-Qur’an yakni merenungkan atau memandang kedepan suatu urusan (persoalan), agar perkara itu terpuji dan baik akibatnya, maka hal ini, menderivasikan akan adanya prinsip-prinsip manajemen yang meliputi: pertama, keadilan. Kedua, amanah dan pertanggungjawaban. Ketiga, komunikatif. Dan manajemen bank syariah yakni manajemen lembaga yang melakukan penghimpunan dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk pembiayaan atau melaksanakan fungsi intermediasi keuangan.
