Abstract

Di zaman milenial ini kemajuan teknologi serta peran sistem informasi akuntansi terkomputerisasi begitu penting, khususnya untuk mengelola suatu organisasi dan menerapkan sistem pengenalian internal. Sistem informasi akuntansi memudahkan pemilik perusahaan dalam mengelola bisnisnya dan memanfaatkan segala hal yang memiliki nilai potensial baik itu adanya peningkatan dalam aliran proses, mengelola persediaan, analisis data yang lebih baik, layanan pelanggan yang lebih baik, dan peningkatan margin keuntungan. Penelitian pada kali ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem akuntansi khususnya pada bagian penjualan di Kios Rambak Pak Djarwo yang berlokasi di selatan Stasiun Tulungagung tersebut.penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis prosedur yang berjalan terkait sistem informasi penjualan pada Kios Rambak Pak Djarwo Tulungagung. Melihat Kios Rambak Pak Djarwo merupakan salah satu anggota UMKM Tulungagung dan telah memiliki banyak pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan (Librabry Research) dimana penelitian dilakukan denganmenggunakan bahan-bahan kepustakaan berupa tulisa-tulisan ilmiah, serta laporan penelitian ilmiah yang memiliki hubungan dengan topik yang dibahas. Sedangkan teknik penelitian yang digunakan ialah observasi dan wawancara. Dimana proses penelitian bertemu dan berbincang dengan pemilik Kios Rambak Pak Djarwo secara langsung. Penelitian ini juga melakukan analisis mekanisme serta melakukan evaluasi prosedur yang selama ini diterapkan di Kios Rambak Pak Djarwo dengan membuat flowchart penjualan serta diagram konteks yang berjalan sehingga dapat diketahui kendala yang kerap terjadi. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah diketahui bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi yang berjalan di Kios Rambak Pak Djarwo khususnya pada bagian operasional penjualan masih memiliki banyak kekurangan. Oleh sebab itu masih sangat perlu adanya perbaikan khususnya pada bagian operasional penjualan. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Kios Rambak Pak Djarwo
