Abstract

Nghiên cứu này hướng đến mục tiêu xem xét xác định các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến chuyển đổi số của các doanh nghiệp du lịch tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh (TP.HCM), bằng một nghiên cứu thực nghiệm thông qua việc khảo sát 150 doanh nghiệp du lịch tại TP. HCM. Phương pháp phân tích yếu tố khám phá và phân tích hồi quy tuyến tính bội được sử dụng. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến chuyển đổi số của doanh nghiệp du lịch, theo độ mạnh giảm dần: (1) năng lực nhân viên, (2) hạ tầng công nghệ, (3) bảo mật thông tin, (4) văn hóa doanh nghiệp, (5) lãnh đạo và (6) chiến lược chuyển đổi số. Kết quả nghiên cứu giúp doanh nghiệp hiểu về các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến chuyển đổi số. Từ đó, nghiên cứu cũng đề xuất một số hàm ý thúc đẩy số hóa cho các doanh nghiệp.
