Abstract

Perusahaan transportasi memiliki berbagai perbedaan dalam banyak hal bila dibandingkan dengan organisasi lain yang menyediakan layanan kepada pelanggan. (Belas et al., 2020). Untuk menjadi seefisien mungkin, perusahaan transportasi mengelola risiko dalam produk, tetapi pada akhirnya perusahaan transportasi diciptakan dengan tujuan menghasilkan keuntungan bagi pemilik dan pemegang saham. (Belas et al., 2020). Agar seefisien mungkin, perusahaan transportasi mengelola risiko di tiga bidang utama yaitu kualitas produk, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, dan risiko lingkungan. Ketiga bidang ini dengan demikian membentuk dasar dari sistem manajemen yang terintegrasi.
