Sự hài lòng của sinh viên về chất lượng dịch vụ đào tạo các môn Khoa học Cơ bản tại trường Đại học Công nghệ Sài Gòn

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá mức độ ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố đến sự hài lòng (SHL) của sinh viên đại học về chất lượng dịch vụ đào tạo các môn Khoa học cơ bản tại trường Đại học Công nghệ Sài Gòn (STU), bằng việc khảo sát 380 sinh viên năm 1 và năm 2, công cụ Cronbach’s alpha, EFA và phân tích hồi quy bội được sử dụng, với phần mềm SPSS 20.0. Kết quả đã đưa ra được mô hình sự hài lòng của sinh viên gồm 4 nhân tố, sắp xếp theo thứ tự độ mạnh giảm dần: (1) Chi phí khóa học; (2) Đội ngũ giảng viên; (3) Chương trình đào tạo; (4) Cơ sở vật chất. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất các hàm ý quản trị đến Ban Chủ nhiệm khoa Khoa học Cơ bản nhằm nâng cao sự hài lòng của sinh viên.
