Abstract

Sự bùng nổ của du lịch đòi hỏi các điểm đến cần xác định lại vai trò của mình trong quá trình đồng tạo ra giá trị.. Điểm đến du lịch thông minh (Smart tourism destination- STD) được xem là một giải pháp hiệu quả nhằm nâng cao trải nghiệm du khách và nâng cao sự hài lòng du khách. Tuy vậy, đưa tính thông minh vào du lịch đòi hỏi sự tương tác năng động giữa các bên liên quan trong hệ thống du lịch sinh thái. Bài viết nhằm giải thích du lịch thông minh, và cung cấp sự thấu hiểu cho các nhà quản lý điểm đến và cho các nhà lập chính sách về cách thức mà họ có thể sử dụng các công nghệ sang tạo trong các STD nhằm cải thiện kinh nghiệm đồng tạo ra giá trị.
